We are seeking a Training Leader for the Education Center at Södersjukhuset. The Education Center is part of the Research, Development and Education Unit with hospital-wide responsibility for training matters.
Job Description

We operate a Clinical Training Center (KTC) and a Simulation Center where we train both hospital staff and have extensive partnerships with Stockholm's higher education institutions. The Education Center is also responsible for coordinating and managing clinical training placements for practice-integrated learning and managing the Kompetenstorget platform.
As a Training Leader, you will serve as pedagogical support for the hospital's operations and training activities. You will participate in analyzing competency development needs and plan and follow up training initiatives based on operational plans, established goals, and decisions.
Following the Learning Process, you will work to ensure learning before, during, and after learning activities. The pedagogical role also includes practical instruction and training, sometimes involving healthcare technical elements, as well as serving as a simulation instructor.
The work is varied and you will easily transition between practical work and more strategic tasks depending on the assignments.
