At Hagsätra Education Center, we receive school classes daily who participate in our school programs. The programs are cross-disciplinary, based on storytelling, and grounded in the curriculum. About the Role As an Education Leader with Program Responsibility, you will oversee the program activities at Hagsätra Education Center through program booking and introduction meetings with teachers, implementation of school programs, continuous support and follow-up with teachers, and evaluation. You will work closely with the Education Leader responsible for volunteers and the center's volunteers in daily operations. You will be part of The Storytelling Ministry's pedagogical team, which nationally drives the development of our educational activities, both broadly and in detail. We believe you will thrive in this role if you have a forward-thinking work approach and enjoy a varied position involving daily contact with students, teachers, volunteers, and colleagues. We also believe you have an interest in, and preferably experience with, improving and developing educational activities. Through our creative school programs, we support teachers with the aim of strengthening students' language and knowledge development, which requires strong pedagogical grounding and a relationship-building work approach. You are comfortable with collegial learning conversations and have a good understanding of teachers' needs. We also see that you are unpretentious and enjoy varied tasks; with us, it's important to be purpose-driven and willing to pitch in where needed. The role requires initiative, independence, and flexibility, but also a strong ability to build relationships and establish trust over time. Responsibilities · Plan, implement, and evaluate daily program activities together with the team and volunteers. · Manage program bookings and follow-up, including information meetings, introductory conversations, and similar activities. · Build and maintain relationships with relevant schools and teachers and support teachers during programs. · Participate in training, professional development, and guidance of volunteers in daily operations. · Contribute to teacher professional development as part of our school programs. · Participate in projects for developing our educational activities. · Continuously mentor university interns.
