We are looking for We are seeking you as a licensed nurse with a B-category driver's license, good driving experience, and at least 3 years of continuous driver's license ownership. You have previous experience working in ambulance services and possess very strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. You also have good computer skills and can handle Excel. It is a merit if you have specialist training in ambulance services or equivalent. Experience in ambulance or acute care, competence development, digital working methods, and pedagogical experience are also merits. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. What you will be working with You will have a shared position where 50% of your work will be planning education together with regional managers and unit managers, conducting/delivering training, workshops, and creating courses in a digital forum for ambulance services in Norrbotten. You will be the contact person for education, and beyond conducting the training, you are expected to actively contribute to the development and improvement of ambulance services. You will work closely with our ambulance physician. Your remaining 50% you will work as an ambulance nurse where you get to work with a unique societal function consisting of 24-hour work with prehospital acute care where staff meet patients of all ages who suffer from acute illness or injury. The ambulance crew is often first on scene where you as an ambulance nurse make the first important assessment, perform the most acute care, and have medical responsibility. You are faced with varying situations and challenges where your work can be decisive for the patient and where you have the opportunity to make a real difference for other people. During Easter, Christmas, New Year, June, July, and August you work 100% as an Ambulance Nurse. Working hours are scheduled for day and night shifts. Start date 2026-12-01 or by agreement.
