Description
We are looking for you to take on a central and visible role as an education coordinator in a dynamic operation.
This is a position for someone who thrives with overall responsibility, creating structure, and driving work forward. You will be the hub of the education operation and contribute to ensuring that the right education reaches the right person at the right time, with high quality and good planning.
You will work closely with study directors, managers, and education coordinators and will have significant responsibility for developing approaches, creating clarity, and building long-term sustainable education processes.
Responsibilities
As an education coordinator with us, you will have a varied and meaningful day where you:
Plan, coordinate, and develop educational initiatives for doctors, healthcare personnel, and students
Ensure structure, quality, and follow-up throughout the entire education chain
Drive and improve administrative processes related to education
Serve as a clear point of contact for education-related questions in the operation
You also have an important role in:
Coordinating regional education assignments and contributing to knowledge exchange in the region
Planning and developing Wetlab operations as an important part of practical learning
Providing administrative support and coordination for medical education coordinators
Ensuring that mandatory training is completed and followed up
Coordinating development days and internal training that strengthen teams and competence
Contributing to linking educational initiatives with the operation's needs and development

Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
Have experience with administrative work and preferably education coordination
Thrive in a role with many contact points and a fast pace
Have good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in parallel
Are structured and solution-oriented with a natural ability to create order
Are communicative, service-minded, and enjoy collaborating with many different roles
Are independent, proactive, and drive your work forward
Have a development focus and see opportunities for improvement
You are motivated by contributing to an operation where education is an important part of quality and success.
Meritorious qualifications include:
Post-secondary education in administration, pedagogy, or equivalent
Experience from healthcare
Knowledge of AT/BT/ST or work in knowledge-intensive organizations
Experience with digital system support or learning platforms
This position requires excellent knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. We place great importance on personal suitability.
