About the Role As an Education Consultant, you are responsible for planning, customizing, and delivering training programs to various target groups. You help participants understand finance, business logic, and corporate financial relationships in ways that are both relevant and engaging. The role involves many touchpoints and suits you if you enjoy training different professional groups, creating engagement, and building long-term customer relationships. Long-term, there are also opportunities to contribute to business development and the evolution of Bonanza's educational concept. Your Responsibilities Educate and inspire participants using Bonanza's methodology Plan, customize, and deliver training programs Create engagement in both physical and digital training sessions Adapt content to target groups and customer needs Identify development and business opportunities Contribute to the development of Bonanza's educational concept We're Looking for You If You Have an academic degree in business administration or finance Have solid understanding of corporate financial relationships Can explain business finance concepts, relationships, and key metrics in a simple and pedagogical way Communicate fluently in Swedish and English Are proficient with Microsoft 365 (Office suite, especially PowerPoint) Have experience with digital meeting platforms, such as Teams We Believe You Currently Work or Have Worked As, for Example: Business Advisor Bank Advisor Controller Accounting Economist Business-oriented Finance Professional It's a Plus If You: Have experience teaching, either in a classroom or digitally Have experience in sales or business development Speak additional languages To Thrive With Us, We Believe You Are: Pedagogical and engaging Relationship-building and communicative Business-minded and customer-oriented Self-driven and initiative-taking Professional and collaboration-focused Curious and development-oriented Above all, you are driven by helping others understand finance and business.
