About the role As Education Coordinator, you have an important coordinating function at the Falun unit. You work to ensure that educational programs are delivered with high quality and in accordance with current guidelines, agreements, procedures, and educational objectives. The work includes, among other things, monitoring program implementation, supporting teachers in their pedagogical work, and ensuring that planning, documentation, and follow-up function in a structured manner. You monitor student progress and work together with teachers and colleagues to identify support needs and interventions. You are also involved in developing procedures and working methods that strengthen quality and students' opportunities to achieve their goals. Depending on the focus of the programs, the role may also involve contact with workplaces and other external actors, for example in matters related to work-based learning, internships, and collaboration with the workplace.
