Jönköping University Enterprise (JUE) is part of Jönköping University and provides, among other things, Pathway Programmes designed to help international students meet the requirements needed to enter a bachelor's or master's programme at universities and higher education institutions.

Jönköping University Enterprise (JUE) is now seeking a development-oriented Education and Operations Manager. JUE's mission is to be a reliable partner to JU's four faculties. Core operations consist of Pathway Programmes and commissioned education. In this role, you will independently and together with your colleagues plan, drive and develop JU's operations at the Gränna campus. You will manage teachers and at least two other employees and be an important link to the operations organization, which is responsible for catering, facilities management, conference activities and cleaning. You are expected to lead the operations in a trust-based manner so that JUE continues to develop and achieves its strategic goals.
The role includes, among other things:
actively working with planning, development, implementation and follow-up of all JUE operations at the Gränna campus,
driving quality assurance work in education in accordance with JU's guidelines,
representing JUE in relation to JU's management and other companies,
representing JUE and JU in national and international contexts.
To succeed in this role, you need good leadership skills and experience in management. You have relevant academic education and the ability to develop operations and create sustainable relationships, both externally and at various levels within an organization. You have a good understanding of finance, budgeting, management and follow-up, as well as good communication skills in both Swedish and English. You should have experience of collaboration, preferably with international actors.
Merits for the position include experience of teaching in relevant subject areas, preferably at higher education level, and experience of successfully leading programme and course development.
