Step 1 - Training: Experis Academy's Systems Security Training Experis Academy and our partner offer you a position that begins with intensive training in systems security, followed by consulting assignments and specialization in Linköping. Experis Academy is part of the consulting firm Experis. Our training programs have grown and developed throughout Europe over the years. We place great emphasis on coaching to give our employees the opportunity to complement their technical skills with soft skills. Employment begins with intensive training conducted by Experis Academy. Upon completion of the training, all participating employees will begin work as consultants with our defense industry partner, which we refer to below as the specialization period. Specialization Period: After training, you'll have a 12-month specialization period with our partner, where you'll deepen and apply your newly acquired skills in practical work. Step 2 - Specialization Period: The Systems Safety Engineer Role As a systems safety engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that technical systems are approved in accordance with standards. You'll work closely with colleagues and project teams, jointly working to develop and maintain our partner's product portfolio. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate across multiple disciplines, such as mechanics, electronics, procurement, and production, which gives you a broad network. Your role extends beyond simply identifying risks; you'll be responsible for analyzing and minimizing system risks to prevent potential accidents that could result in harm to people, property, or the environment. These analyses cover the entire system lifecycle, meaning you'll work with hardware, software, and user interaction and other external systems. This also means you'll dive deep into analyses, risk analyses, documentation, quality assurance, and development. Here you'll have the opportunity to settle in, develop, and become an expert in the field. Who Can Apply? For us, you as a person are what matters most. Is curious, self-motivated, and takes responsibility. Finds it easy to collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues. Wants to understand technical systems in depth and is not afraid of complexity. Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. We also believe you have one or more of the following: Higher education, preferably in engineering, mechanics, electronics, or software. Previous experience working as an engineer or in system-related technical roles. Experience or exposure to systems, systems security, or similar areas. Experience working with documentation, analyses, and structured approaches. Experience from production and/or industry. Interest in system architecture, design, and underlying technical solutions. Practical Information Training Start: November 2026. Training and Specialization Location: Linköping.
