Petras hemtjänst is now recruiting a trained Care Assistant/Nursing Assistant for a permanent night shift position. With an employment level of approximately 91%. Working hours are scheduled at night between 22:00-07:30. The workplace is located in Liljeholmen. Previous experience working night shifts in home care is a requirement. We are looking for 1 person based at our office in Liljeholmen. A driver's license is required for this position. To be offered a permanent employment contract (probationary period), you must be a trained Care Assistant or trained Nursing Assistant with a certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. About the Role Your task is to provide quality of life and make a difference. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. The work consists of helping people of various ages in their own homes with personal care, meal preparation, service tasks such as shopping and cleaning, and responding to emergency alarms. Your work tasks also include performing social documentation. Your Experience and Knowledge We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people and can recognize the individual's needs. You have an independent and flexible work approach and enjoy sharing your experiences with others. You are responsible, humble, and find it easy to work independently while maintaining good cooperation with colleagues, customers, and family members.
