Trained Montessori Educator for small, personal preschool in Sollentuna Would you like to work closely with children in a safe, warm, and thoughtfully designed Montessori environment – where you truly get to make a difference? Montessori Preschool Kompassen is a parent cooperative in Sjöberg, Sollentuna, with 23 children divided into two groups (ages 1–3 and 3–6). Here we combine Montessori pedagogy with strong engagement from both educators and parents. We are now looking for you – a trained Montessori educator – who wants to help further develop our operations. About the Role You will primarily work in our 3–6 age group, where the Montessori environment is a central part of daily activities. With us, you will: · Work with small groups of children with high staff-to-child ratios · Participate in developing the pedagogical environment · Work closely with both colleagues and engaged parents · Contribute to a safe, inspiring, and educational daily experience for the children · We work based on the Swedish preschool curriculum combined with Montessori pedagogy's knowledge framework. Who We're Looking For We believe you: · Are a trained Montessori educator or Montessori teacher (or have equivalent experience) · Are engaged, responsible, and reflective · Have a genuine interest in children's development and learning · Feel confident collaborating with both colleagues and guardians · Communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written · It is a merit if you are experienced with digital documentation (e.g., Tyra or similar).
