We are looking for a trained childcare worker who wants to help create a safe, educational, and developmental everyday experience for children at preschools in Uppsala.
About the Assignment
As a substitute childcare worker, you will work on a rotating basis at different preschools in Uppsala. You will fill in for regular staff primarily during acute needs and will be booked on short notice. You choose which days of the week you want to work, and we match you with assignments that fit your availability and qualifications.
Your Responsibilities
As a substitute at preschool, the work is varied and includes typical childcare worker tasks such as:
Support regular staff in educational activities
Carry out activities with children according to a plan
Assist with meals
Your Qualifications
Trained childcare worker
Available to work at least 2 weekdays per week
Able to be booked for assignments the same morning
Comfortable with a commute of up to one hour to work
For this position, you must be resident in Uppsala. Since the activities require you to quickly and smoothly get to the preschool, it is important that you have a local connection to Uppsala. Please note also that public transport in Uppsala is operated by UL, and it is an UL ticket that applies for travel to and from the workplace.
