Work in home care during evening hours with working hours between 16:00 and 22:30 on weekdays and weekends (rotating schedule with duty 3 weekends out of 4).

About the role Evening work consists of helping elderly people in their own homes with personal care, supervision, meal preparation, assistance with mobility, and responding to emergency calls. The work also includes performing social documentation.
Because of you, our customers can continue to live at home and maintain their way of life and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.
About Vardaga Home Care Team Skeppargatan We are a team with an office on Östermalm close to the subway and our customers. We are approximately 60 people working with us and we have approximately 170 customers, all living near our location on Östermalm. In the evenings, 7-8 people work each night and it is an ambitious group that supports each other and is committed to providing customers with good care and service.
We have a clear organization regarding different roles, routines, and what is expected of our employees when visiting customers. Managers are on site so that our employees get the support they need.
The position is at 68.92% and is a permanent employment contract. The work schedule is a fixed rotating schedule in the evenings with work 3 weekends out of 4. The position includes a 6-month probationary period. Priority given to applicants who can start employment in September.
Your experience and knowledge We hope that you who apply to us: - Enjoy working with people and providing service - Have training as a healthcare assistant or care worker - REQUIRED - Desirable if you have a driver's license (automatic) and can drive a car in the city center when needed. NOT required - Have experience working in home care or elderly care facilities - Can work evening hours between 16:00 and 22:30 on a fixed rotating schedule according to operational needs. - Work well with customers, colleagues, family members, and managers - Speak and write good Swedish. - Like to be active as the work is mobile and involves moving between customer visits - Have a positive attitude and want to contribute to the evening team.
