Your Assignment with Us As a painter, you'll be part of the Residential Services department, Uppsalahem's internal specialist unit that serves tenants when issues arise and handles operational matters and maintenance. Uppasalahem is seeking a skilled professional painter who will work with service painting as well as maintenance and improvement painting, both interior and exterior, across Uppsalahem's property portfolio. The role involves daily customer contact, so we're looking for someone who is communicative and excellent at building good relationships. You'll receive your work orders through our case management system directly on your phone or tablet. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who: - Has completed upper secondary education - Is a trained painter with a professional certification - Has been working in the trade for several years - Holds a valid B-class driver's license - Has good Swedish communication skills In this role, you work independently in tenants' homes and our facilities.
