We are now looking for an experienced procurement consultant who wants to help develop our customers' purchasing processes. ArkivIT is a leading consulting firm with specialized expertise in digital archive and information management with a strong focus on the public sector. Since our start in 2010, we have grown and developed, and we are now looking for an experienced procurement consultant to strengthen our team. We work on assignments for both public and private customers and have a strong culture that values expertise and development. About the role As a procurement consultant at ArkivIT, you will lead and support our customers through procurement processes and business-beneficial solutions. You will ensure that our customers conduct business the right way through efficient and well-executed purchasing processes. Your responsibilities Lead and conduct procurements from start to finish. Ensure that procurements are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations. Provide advice and support to customers throughout the procurement process. Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best results. You work in a consulting role where assignments can vary in scope, complexity and industry. Qualifications Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in procurement and contract work, preferably within the public sector Knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and other relevant regulations Good knowledge of common procurement systems Relevant education in economics, engineering, public administration or law Fluent Swedish in speech and writing Merits Experience working with large and complex procurements Experience leading and developing processes within the public sector Experience in construction and civil engineering procurement Personal abilities To thrive in the role, we see that you: are analytical and can see the whole picture work in a structured manner and have a good eye for detail are solution-oriented and business-minded are communicative and build trust in different contexts You are confident in your expertise and enjoy a consulting role where you can take responsibility and drive work forward.
