Responsibilities
As a procurement specialist at Transitio, you'll support your colleagues throughout the entire process from needs analysis and market dialogue, driving procurements through to contract signing. You work with large and technically advanced business deals. Your primary focus will be procuring rail vehicles and maintaining and upgrading existing fleets. Furthermore, you'll be an important part of developing the company's working methods, templates, and processes within procurement and contract management.

Plan and conduct procurements according to LUF—from analysis to award
Drive supplier dialogues and negotiations in large procurements

Personal Qualities
To succeed in this role, you're confident in your competence and accustomed to working independently with significant responsibility. You have a strong business focus and understand how procurement impacts the bigger picture of a deal, not just the process itself. You build trust with your contacts and maintain a good balance between engagement and integrity in supplier dialogues. At the same time, you're structured in your approach and drive your processes forward with clarity. You're analytical and curious about the business with a desire to develop together with us.
