We Need You as Linköping Develops As a procurement specialist at Lejonfastigheter, you'll primarily work on project-managing procurements in accordance with LOU and ensure they are executed efficiently and with high quality. In your role, you'll lead procurements from start to finish by collaborating with a requirements group, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and driving the work forward. Procurement and purchasing are strategic tools for creating value for our operations and our client, Linköping Municipality. As a procurement specialist, you therefore play a vital role in our efforts to achieve our environmental, social, and economic goals. You'll primarily work with: Conducting procurements such as framework agreements for construction work, consulting services, and system support. Contract monitoring. Providing support to your colleagues and operations on procurement and contract matters. You'll be part of our driven and competent procurement unit with three colleagues in the Sustainability, Procurement, and Communications department. What Do You Bring to Us? We're looking for someone with post-secondary education in procurement and purchasing. You have several years of experience in procurement, are well-versed in LOU, and have knowledge of business law. It's a merit if you've previously held a project management role in procurement. To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy project-managing procurements through the entire procurement process, while being service-minded and supporting your colleagues on contract matters. You work well collaborating with others and have excellent collaboration skills, while also being self-driving and moving your work forward. You're driven, solution-oriented, and see opportunities in technical solutions to develop your and the group's work. With high integrity and good judgment, you make well-considered assessments, handle complex issues, and ensure high quality in your work. You take initiative to achieve results and are good at structuring, planning, and prioritizing your work. The role involves many contact points and varying tasks, so it's important that you're flexible and have good communication skills.
