The Procurement Unit consists of a procurement manager and 10 staff members with experience in procurement, law, e-commerce, and operations management. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS Would you like to work with procurement in a municipality where you play a central role in supporting operations and contributing to efficient and business-like transactions? As a Procurement Officer at Lidingö Municipality, you work closely with operations and support our departments in planning and executing procurements. You drive your own procurement projects from start to finish and serve as important support to buyers throughout the entire procurement process. The role involves close collaboration with various departments, where you contribute with both structure, LOU expertise, and an advisory approach. As a Procurement Officer at Lidingö Municipality, you will: • Plan and conduct procurements according to LOU • Support departments and buyers throughout the procurement process • Develop tender documents, requirements specifications, and contract terms • Conduct bid qualification and evaluation • Provide advisory support on procurement and purchasing matters • Contribute to developing working methods, procedures, and templates within procurement QUALIFICATIONS We would like you to have a solid foundation in the procurement process and be able to independently drive procurements. You understand legislation and can translate it into practical and business-like solutions. Further, we are looking for someone who has • Relevant education, such as economics or public procurement • Experience working with public procurement according to LOU and having conducted your own procurements and direct procurements, preferably in IT • We also see that you have experience with LOV and previous experience working against welfare fraud and contract monitoring • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish • Good administrative abilities and experience working structuredly in project form Meritorious competencies mean you can contribute more quickly in the role and take responsibility for more complex procurements or development work. The qualifications we consider meritorious are the following • Experience with procurement in a municipality or other public sector operations • Experience with procurement in care, social services, or related areas Employment form: Permanent employment.
