The Procurement and Legal Affairs Unit is now seeking an additional procurement officer. The unit is part of the Legal and Control Department and is responsible for legal matters and implementation of the agency's procurements. You will work closely with the unit's other procurement officer. Since you will be working across the entire agency, we see that you prefer to work broadly rather than specialize in certain procurement categories. The role includes both conducting your own procurements and supporting operations when they handle purchases themselves. The role combines solid knowledge of the Public Procurement Act and helping operations achieve their purchasing goals. Your place of work is in Stockholm. Main Responsibilities In the role, you will mainly work with Tillväxtverket's procurements of lower value, such as FKU:ers, DIS-calls and direct procurements. You will also answer procurement questions from operations, develop the procurement process and contract follow-up. Since Tillväxtverket is a civil contingency authority, security protection legislation may affect our procurements. We are looking for someone who has: Education from a university or college within the areas of law, economics or equivalent field that Tillväxtverket considers equivalent, or education from a vocational college in procurement. Very good knowledge of the Act (2016:1145) on public procurement (LOU) At least three years of experience independently planning and implementing public procurements. Experience with several different procurement procedures Ability to express yourself simply and clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing The following are meriting: Experience with security-protected procurements Experience with service procurements within areas such as evaluation, analysis, information/communication, and IT. Experience from public administration Experience in establishing or managing dynamic purchasing systems Personal Qualities You need to enjoy having a lot of contact with the organization since you will support those who handle their own purchases and guide those who are not experienced purchasers. Our procurement team is small, so it's especially important that you have good collaboration skills and easily create and maintain good relationships.
