Your responsibilities will include: • Independently manage procurements from start to finish • Provide advice and support to departments and companies on procurement and purchasing matters • Conduct preliminary studies and market analyses before procurements • Develop requirements and criteria with a focus on sustainability and holistic perspective • Contribute to improvement work within purchasing, follow-up, and procurement processes There is plenty of room to grow in the role, take responsibility, and make your mark. You'll be part of an engaged team of six procurement officers, one contract controller, and one administrator. We are a tight-knit group with a warm work environment and shared activities both at and outside of work. QUALIFICATIONS Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone with an analytical and structured work approach who enjoys independently driving processes forward. You are thorough, business-minded, and communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You take initiative, are confident in your decisions, and have an aptitude for motivating and guiding others. Furthermore, you have the ability to put individual matters into a broader context and contribute to the bigger picture. Requirements: • Relevant post-secondary education, such as vocational training in public procurement, purchasing, economics or law, or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent • Fluent Swedish, both verbally and in writing Merits: • Experience with procurement processes and knowledge of LOU (Public Procurement Act) and relevant regulations • Experience working in the municipal sector • Good knowledge of Tendsign or similar systems In this recruitment, we ask you to attach your CV and answer a number of selection questions.
