We are now seeking a Project Manager Sprinkler – someone with several years of experience in sprinkler system design or who is already working as a project manager in this field. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing sprinkler projects in complex and socially critical projects, for example in hospitals, high-security facilities, defense, and infrastructure. You will lead the design work for sprinkler systems, coordinate with other engineering disciplines, and be an important contact with clients, contractors, and authorities. You will work strategically with quality, regulations, and technical solutions, and contribute to the development of working methods, digital design, and BIM within the sprinkler field. The role offers significant influence over technical decisions, system solutions, and project implementation. Possible placement for the role is in Stockholm, Gävle, Uppsala, or Enköping. The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home certain days. Qualifications We are looking for you who are confident in your expertise in sprinkler systems and are motivated by responsibility, leadership, and customer-facing work. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: Relevant technical education, such as HVAC engineer, fire protection engineer, or equivalent experience BIV certificate Several years of experience in sprinkler system design and/or working as a project manager Very good knowledge of sprinkler systems, components, and system design Good understanding of applicable regulations and standards, such as SBF, NFPA, AMA, and BBR Experience with design using MagiCAD (AutoCAD or Revit) or equivalent tools Ability to coordinate sprinkler issues with other engineering disciplines in multidisciplinary projects Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious: Experience from projects in hospitals, defense facilities, or assignments for the Swedish Armed Forces Experience working in security-classified environments Experience with inspections, operational issues, or verification of sprinkler systems Knowledge of combined fire and suppression systems and advanced facilities Ability to identify improvement opportunities and develop working methods within sprinkler system design We believe you are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative, with the ability to lead both technology and people toward high quality and secure deliveries.
