Our Operations IT at the Medical Products Agency consists of the Digitalization unit (DIG) and the Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and User Support unit (CIA). The CIA unit is growing and we are looking for more colleagues who want to help develop the business. The unit currently consists of just over 40 dedicated employees who, together with DIG, take a comprehensive approach to the agency's digitalization. We work closely with the business and deliver accessible, stable, and secure IT support that creates concrete value. Your Responsibilities As a program manager, you are responsible for driving development and operations toward established goals together with management and IT line specialists. The role involves planning and implementing new products as well as maintaining and further developing our operational products. The work also includes developing processes and working methods, participating in and/or managing procurements. In your role, you may encounter varied daily tasks. A typical day as a program manager could include: Planning, execution, and follow-up of ongoing assignments Acting as problem manager for major issues Identifying and investigating new needs Formulating and distributing information Participating in networks with other departments Coordinating and leading meetings and forums Your Background We are looking for you with post-secondary education in IT or equivalent competence gained through work experience, and: At least three years of experience driving assignments and/or projects in IT, such as program manager, product owner, or project manager At least three years of experience working with IT infrastructure solutions Very strong ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish and English It is meritorious if you also have: Experience with procurement, LoU, vendor contact, and contract management Experience leading and coordinating complex assignments Experience with requirements and testing Experience with agile working methods Experience working in the public sector Your Personal Qualities We are looking for you who are driven to make teamwork function and have a strong ability to create structure.
