JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you have several years of experience leading projects and are you used to managing both technology, people, and business requirements? We are looking for a structured and communicative project manager who can take responsibility for complex development projects from idea to delivery. We have initiated a major business transformation and have several substantial development assignments where you will contribute to some of them. In the role of project manager, you will work with both smaller and larger assignments within IT and operations. You work in a team, in close collaboration with other colleagues, and you enjoy leading and developing others. You share results and progress in various forums and support other projects and assignments to achieve success together. As a project manager with us, you will among other things: • plan, lead, and follow up on development assignments within IT and operations • work in close collaboration with both developers, external suppliers, and operations • ensure that assignments are delivered on time, within budget, and with the right quality • identify risks, manage changes, and drive problem-solving • contribute to improving our methods and processes as well as the agency's development. At SPV we use agile working methods and work in teams. We would like to see that you have experience with this. You will receive introduction and the right conditions to succeed in your role as project manager at SPV. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with an academic degree in a relevant field or work experience equivalent to that. You have at least four years of work experience as a project manager or project leader for IT projects and you have good experience working with agile methodologies. You have very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. We consider it a merit if you have: • experience with project management or project leadership in the public sector or larger organizations • experience with project management or project leadership in a team-based organization • experience with assignments where AI has been implemented • comprehensive technical understanding within IT architecture, systems development, and operational environments To succeed in this assignment, your personal qualities are very important and we will place great emphasis on them in this recruitment.
