In the Central region, we have offices in Norrköping, Linköping, Jönköping, Växjö, Hultsfred, Oskarshamn, Örebro, and Karlstad. Here, civil and building engineers, as well as construction and project managers work together, making us a strong and established player in the field. About the Role As a Project-Leading Building Constructor, you'll have a central role in our projects where you're responsible for leading and coordinating the technical work throughout the entire project process. You'll be an important contact person both internally and externally, working closely with customers, project organizations, and other technical disciplines to ensure high quality and progress in the assignments. Example Responsibilities Drive sales and business activities together with the team within the section Lead and coordinate technical work throughout the project Be the technical contact person for customers and project organization Develop technical decision-making documents and provide support in dialogues and prioritizations Follow up on technical activities and ensure that commitments are delivered as planned Coordinate technical disciplines such as building, civil, HVAC, and electrical within construction projects We're Looking for You Currently working as a project leader or have at least a couple of years of experience in a handling role within building construction Are educated as a civil engineer or engineering graduate with a focus on building construction Have experience with design and building construction work Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing It's a merit if you have experience with: Calculations and modeling Industrial projects or industrial facilities Personal Qualities To succeed in the role, we believe you are a self-driven and initiative-taking person who thrives with responsibility. You have the ability to maintain the overall perspective while keeping control of the details and driving projects forward together with customers and colleagues. You find it easy to lead technical discussions, build long-term relationships, and create trust with both customers and partners.
