At Tindra Personal Assistance, we work to provide personal, professional, and attentive assistance. Now we are seeking an Assignment Manager who wants to make a difference for our clients, employees, and organization. Our office is located in Klippan. We have assignments primarily in northwestern Scania, as well as in areas around Lund, Hässleholm, and parts of Halland and Blekinge. We primarily work with personal assistance and also provide companion services. Tindra is an approved provider within several municipal choice systems (LOV) and has assignments in multiple Scanian municipalities. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes responsibility, and wants to help create well-functioning teams, high quality, and secure relationships. About the Position As an Assignment Manager, you are responsible for a number of personal assistance assignments and lead the personal assistants working in the teams. You work closely with clients, family members, guardians, authorities, and other partners to ensure that assistance functions well and maintains high quality. You will work with, among other things: • Personnel management, work environment, and skills development • Recruitment, staffing, and scheduling • Budget responsibility, financial monitoring, and analysis • Employee conversations, salary discussions, and follow-ups • Meetings with clients, family members, and cooperation partners • Documentation, quality work, and authority contacts • Follow-up of assistance compensation, hours, and financial conditions • Development of operations, work methods, and quality Who Are You? You are organized, responsible, and skilled at collaborating with clients, family members, representatives, employees, and external stakeholders. You enjoy leading people, solving problems, and making things work in everyday life. At the same time, you see opportunities to develop operations and improve work methods when needed. Through your experience in personal assistance, you have insight into the industry's complexity. You understand that each assignment is unique and have the ability to balance the client's needs, employees' conditions, authority requirements, and the organization's responsibilities. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you need to have: • experience with personal assistance and work in personnel management, coordination, or supervision • relevant education such as social worker, behavioral scientist, social pedagogue, personnel specialist, or equivalent • good computer skills • a driver's license and access to a vehicle What We Offer At Tindra, you get to work in an organization with short decision-making processes, high participation, and strong commitment.
