Task Manager in Personal Assistance in Stockholm

As a Task Manager with us, you play an important role in creating safe and high-quality personal assistance for our customers. You are responsible for the overall management of your assistance assignments and work closely with customers, assistants, and various partners to ensure that everyday life runs as smoothly as possible. In this role, you combine leadership, structure, and care. You provide support to your team members while ensuring that quality, work environment, and customer satisfaction remain at a high level. You will have many points of contact – both internally with our support functions and externally with organizations such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, municipalities, and trade unions. Your responsibilities include: Quality work and documentation Budget and financial follow-up Personnel responsibility for assistants in your assignments Work environment efforts and support in personnel matters Customer responsibility with a focus on creating safe and long-term relationships and ensuring that customer needs and wishes are met We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and leading others in a safe and engaged manner. You enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and finding solutions even when the pace is high. To thrive in this role, we believe you: Are social, attentive, and service-oriented Communicate clearly and pedagogically Can work independently but also collaborate well with others Are organized and good at planning Remain calm and make confident decisions even in stressful situations Have basic understanding of economics and budget work Requirements: Relevant education in, for example, healthcare and elderly care, social work, behavioral science, or HR Previous experience in leadership or personnel responsibility Good administrative habits and experience with documentation Very good Swedish in speech and writing It is particularly advantageous if you have previously worked in personal assistance or other LSS activities. More about the position: Location: Our office in Skarpnäck Scope: Full-time, Monday–Friday Travel is included in the position and some evening meetings as well as customer activities may occur.
