Unit Assignment The Service Development Unit is responsible for ensuring efficient utilization of labor market initiatives by providing expert knowledge in the field and managing work methods, processes, and approaches related to service development and follow-up. The unit is also responsible for supplier management in collaboration with other parts of the organization. In the unit, we work cross-functionally with, among others, the IT department on developing digital support. Job Description We're looking for someone who can develop and manage the agency's initiatives for job seekers in different regions, and drive assignments through assignment management and investigations. The work involves driving and coordinating assignments with a focus on high-quality final delivery. The assignment includes working cross-functionally and in close collaboration with other parts of the organization. To develop and manage procured labor market initiatives, you need to weigh different perspectives against each other and have a good understanding of the agency's conditions. The assignment also includes compiling and presenting conclusions and proposals in a structured manner for reviews and decisions. The Service Development Unit is responsible for the efficient utilization of procured labor market initiatives and works based on the unit's needs and assignment. The work requires that you have a strategic perspective and a good understanding of which types of issues need to be handled at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels. We're looking for someone who is results- and goal-focused, can work independently, and has an aptitude for creating good collaborations. You have strong analytical and pedagogical abilities and can communicate complex issues and processes. Our Offer The position is a permanent full-time employment that begins with a six-month probationary period, as well as a fixed-term contract for 12 months. Start date by agreement. Basic Requirements for the Position - University degree of at least 180 ECTS/120 credits with a social science focus - At least 2 years of current experience with assignment management at strategic and/or national level - At least 2 years of current experience with requirements specification - Experience with investigative work at strategic and/or national level - Experience with quality and operations development - Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written Additional Merits for the Position - Experience with design, management, and follow-up of initiatives implemented by external parties - Experience with process-oriented work at strategic and/or national level - Experience analyzing, structuring, and drawing conclusions from complex information, as well as interpreting and preparing documentation The public sector values guide us in our daily work.
