We are now seeking a personal assistant interested in working 75-100% on a fixed schedule. Primarily day shifts (8-15), possibly some evenings (15-22) on weekdays and every other weekend (10-21). About the client and duties: The client is an active man in his 50s who uses a wheelchair. He lives in an apartment in Salem. He enjoys swimming, sauna, walking, exercising, listening to music, and being out in the community. Due to his dysarthria diagnosis, he has limited speech ability. It is therefore important that you have a strong foundation in the Swedish language. As a personal assistant to the client, you will play a crucial role in his daily life. You will assist the client with daily activities, which include: Support with hygiene routines and dressing Cooking and cleaning Assisting with transfers and activities at home Help with communication Contributing to a safe and supportive environment You must meet the following requirements: You speak fluent Swedish It is appreciated if you take initiative You can provide good service You can cook You are thorough and self-directed You must be calm and stress-resilient You must have patience and understanding Merit if you have a driver's license Your work is of great importance for his well-being and quality of life.
