University Lecturer (100%) in Physical Therapy We are seeking an engaged physiotherapist with broad clinical experience and an interest in educational matters. The teaching assignment is broad and encompasses both theoretical instruction and skills training. Additionally, the role includes responsibility for and coordination of clinical placement education in the Physiotherapy Program. Responsibilities The position consists of teaching tasks such as course coordination, instruction, supervision, and examination. Instruction and examination also include clinical skills. The role further includes responsibility for parts of clinical placement education. Teaching in other programs at the Faculty of Medicine may also occur when needed, as well as other work tasks. Qualifications Requirements for employment: - Licensed physiotherapist - PhD degree with relevant specialization - Current clinical experience Merits for employment: - Experience coordinating clinical placement education - Pedagogical experience and pedagogical training The position requires the ability to independently plan and carry out work tasks, but much of the work is also conducted in collaboration with other teaching staff, administrative personnel at the department, and external partners, such as regional and municipal healthcare. We therefore place great emphasis on the ability to collaborate. Eligibility Eligibility for employment as a University Lecturer requires completion of a degree at an advanced level (or equivalent) and possession of other qualifications that are relevant given the subject area and work tasks involved in the position, and demonstrated pedagogical competence (pedagogical competence is understood as strong pedagogical ability).
