About Unika Daily Activities Vaxholm Unika Daily Activities Vaxholm is centrally located at Vaxholms Square, surrounded by archipelago environment, sea, and nature. The facility has 12 places for people with cognitive and physical functional variations, with approximately 8 participants present daily. We are a small and close-knit work team of four support assistants who together create a safe, meaningful, and developing everyday life for our participants. With us, there's a relaxed atmosphere, plenty of laughter, and it's a given that we help each other. As a support assistant, you also participate in picking up participants from our group homes in the morning and driving them home after the day's activities. We are now looking for you who want to help develop the organization together with us and contribute to the positive community that characterizes our workplace. Requirement Profile We are looking for you who are confident, engaged, and relationship-building. You have a genuine interest in working with people and the ability to see each individual's needs, resources, and opportunities. You thrive with collaboration, take responsibility for your work, and actively contribute to a good work environment. Requirements: Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Good computer skills and experience with social documentation. Experience working in care, health care, or LSS activities. Relevant upper secondary education, for example in health and care program or children and leisure program, or alternatively post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or other relevant higher education. Driver's license category B. Meritorious: Experience working with people with complex support needs. Knowledge of low-arousal approach, AAC, and clarifying pedagogy. Experience with epilepsy and close care. Interest in singing and music, as these are appreciated elements in the activity.
