Do you want to help develop Tidaholm Municipality into a better place for young people? We are now seeking two young community developers who can start working in September 2026! About the Position As a young community developer, you will work on various issues that interest you while meeting many new people and building connections. Your role is to share your perspective as a young person and talk with other young people about their views. You will meet with politicians and municipal staff and learn more about the municipality's work for young people. You will also conduct research and provide suggestions for development. Examples of previous projects include: Writing a job posting from a youth perspective Producing a podcast about young people's views on combating intimate partner violence Investigating what activities young people want to do in their free time Working on the development of the center in Tidaholm Participating in developing Tidaholm's place brand In addition, you will work with your mentor and other young community developers to practice giving presentations, filming, and speaking in front of audiences. Qualifications We are looking for someone who lives in Tidaholm and wants to combine high school with meaningful and rewarding work. No prior experience in similar work is required. Being independent, driven, and interested in social issues is an advantage, but also something you will have the opportunity to develop during your time with us.
