Do you want to help develop Tidaholm Municipality into a better place for young people? We are now hiring two young community developers who can start working in September 2026! About the Position As a young community developer, you will work on various issues that interest you while meeting many new people and building valuable connections. Your role is to share your perspective as a young person and discuss with other young people what they think about important issues. You will meet with politicians and municipal staff and learn more about the municipality's work for young people. You will also conduct research and propose development ideas. Examples of previous projects include: Writing a job posting from a youth perspective Producing a podcast about young people's views on preventing violence in close relationships Investigating what activities young people want to do in their free time Working on developing the city center in Tidaholm Helping develop Tidaholm's place brand In addition, you will work with your mentor and other young community developers to practice creating presentations, filming, and speaking in public. Qualifications We are looking for someone who lives in Tidaholm and wants to combine high school with engaging and rewarding work. No previous experience is required. Being independent, driven, and interested in societal issues is an advantage, but also something you will have the opportunity to develop during your time with us.
