Our Operations We are now seeking engaged employees who want to be part of building a completely new home care organization in Gustavsberg. On October 1st, 2026, Värmdö municipality will introduce choice within home care services. This means that Värmdö Home Care (in-house operations) is facing an expansive phase with approximately 350 new home care clients throughout Värmdölandet. To meet these needs, we are now building a new organization based on working with scheduled time as a method, increased choice for home care clients, and a strong local focus. Your Assignment In the role of Nursing Assistant/Care Attendant within home care, you will work with something among the best and most enriching there is – making everyday life meaningful for our elderly in Värmdö. Being professional is about both good treatment and understanding of other people's needs and feelings, as well as working with care tasks and service. We place great emphasis on maintaining a professional approach both toward our clients and within the work team. Your Experience We are looking for someone who is a trained Nursing Assistant with a protected job title or is an experienced care attendant with previous experience working in home care and/or elderly care. You should be able to speak and understand Swedish well and be able to express yourself well in writing, as communication is an important need for our elderly. You must be at least 18 years old.
