Your role / about the job We are looking for 4 nursing assistants or trained care aides for Lillåsen's dementia residence located in central Hagfors. The residence has 31 apartments divided into the departments Dungen / Loftet and Gläntan. TASKS AND QUALIFICATIONS Your assignment is to provide care to our service users based on their own needs and circumstances. Your work tasks include, for example - assistance with transfers and personal hygiene - various service tasks - medical work tasks - documentation - activities to promote health and good social interaction. About Lillåsen Lillåsen is located in central Hagfors and has a dementia residence with two departments. At Lillåsen there is also a short-term care department. This position concerns Lillåsen's dementia departments. Focus on the service user's best interest Collaboration in the team around the service user is an important part of your job. The work requires creativity and that you are flexible and solution-oriented to always find person-centered solutions for those we serve.
