We are now looking for committed and positive nursing assistants who want to become part of our wonderful team. Vega has 3 dementia units with 29 resident places and 1 short-term placement. Distributed with 10 residents per unit. RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our work team at Vega special care home where you will work with our residents who have special care and support needs. With us, commitment, professional conduct, and structured work methods are what drive our operations forward. You will work closely with colleagues as well as with coordinators, elderly care educators, and our nurses. The work requires medical nursing care following delegation from a nurse. Your duties include documentation in journal systems. We work with activity planning which is a signature tool on mobile devices for all measures to be carried out for residents or the facility. We are one house and work as a team with all work teams and are each other's work environment. Therefore we have joint team meetings, team meetings, and scheduled training. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: · Have nursing assistant training with a protected title from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. · Have a genuine interest in elderly care and dementia care · Are responsible, empathetic, and flexible · Enjoy collaborating and providing positive interactions Together we create days filled with care, laughter, and quality of life! If you have a good sense of humor and like to try new ways, you're exactly who we're looking for. Experience from dementia care work is a merit. You should be able to express yourself well in Swedish both spoken and written. Good computer skills and working with different systems and digital tools are necessary in daily work.
