Your Responsibilities
You work in a person-centered manner based on the client's care plan, where you support with personal hygiene, serve meals, perform medical care, provide accompaniment, and participate in activities. You care for the client and work to ensure that every day is meaningful and promotes quality of life.
The position includes working as a dedicated care coordinator, which means you have primary responsibility for some of the clients and maintain regular contact with their relatives. You are part of a team with other nursing assistants, registered nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists and benefit greatly from others' expertise.
Your Qualifications
You are a trained nursing assistant and must provide documentation from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare confirming your protected professional title. You have a genuine interest in working with people and strong documentation skills according to the Social Services Act, and it is beneficial if you have experience working with people with dementia. You are comfortable with computers and interested in new technology that enables client independence and privacy.
Having the residents' needs in focus is self-evident for you, and you are committed to providing high-quality care. You are a calm and stable person who easily adapts to new circumstances and show great patience in interactions with both residents and relatives. You have the ability to plan your work well and collaborate smoothly with colleagues.
