The Welfare Administration's task is to help people who, due to age, disability, economic or family issues, need various forms of support and assistance. The Welfare Administration consists of three departments: Care and Services, Support, and IFO (Individual and Family Care). The Care and Services department includes units within elderly care facilities, home care, and municipal primary healthcare. The Support department includes LSS services. Description of the Work As a nursing assistant in our wonderful team, you will play a central role in improving the quality of life for our clients. You will become part of a valuable community where you have the opportunity to both give and receive support in daily life. Your work will involve providing personal care and support to our clients, including help with daily activities such as dressing, meals, and hygiene. Likewise, you will actively work to promote clients' independence and wellbeing. You will observe and document changes regarding our clients and participate in health and medical care activities under the supervision of licensed personnel. You will participate in planning and implementing various activities that promote social interaction and wellbeing. We Are Looking for Someone Who has completed upper secondary education in care and services, or has equivalent work experience as assessed by the employer. has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to communicate with our clients and colleagues. has previous experience working as a nursing assistant (meritorious). has a B driver's license.
