WORK TASKS
In your work as a nursing assistant, you maintain professional conduct with residents, relatives, and colleagues. You will support residents in their daily lives toward goals set in their care plans. Delegated tasks are part of your assignment, and based on the facility's needs, you will independently maintain social documentation and create care plans in the Treserva management system.
Working with a salutogenic and person-centered approach is self-evident in our work. As an employee, you have an active role in contributing to workplace development and maintain a learning attitude toward colleagues. You will take on advocacy roles in close collaboration with our specialist nursing assistant and unit managers.
QUALIFICATIONS
We see that you are a trained nursing assistant with previous experience working in elderly care. The position requires you to work under delegation from licensed personnel and have good computer skills. Strong skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are also required.
As a nursing assistant, you enjoy work where the content frequently changes and working together with colleagues in a team that highlights each other's strengths. You should feel confident in your professional role and be able to guide colleagues in daily work with your knowledge.
Supporting our residents toward a meaningful existence gives you energy and joy. You are professional, attentive, and respectful in your interactions. You have high knowledge of care and a drive to learn new things and try new methods.
All colleagues are expected to work flexibly across the facility to best utilize each other's competence and our resources.
Work includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. Start date by agreement.

We are also seeking staff for a temporary position; the length of the temporary contract depends on the facility's needs.
