About the Role
As a nursing assistant in residential care, you contribute to creating a safe, meaningful, and dignified everyday life for residents. The work is based on the individual's needs and involves providing care, support, and assistance in daily life.
Common tasks include personal care, meal assistance, and social activities that promote quality of life and well-being.
The role also includes delegated health and medical care tasks as well as documentation in the Lifecare system.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a qualified nursing assistant or has equivalent training. You have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
As a person, you are collaboration-oriented and adapt your work style easily to different individuals' needs and situations. You are attentive, responsible, and communicate clearly and respectfully.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
