Övertorneå Municipality is seeking care assistants for our elderly care home Särkivaaragården, located in central Övertorneå. We offer both permanent employment and longer-term temporary positions. Day/evening/weekend shifts. Start date by agreement. A trial period may be applied. Qualifications: We are looking for you with education in care and health programs or other education or experience in care and health that the employer considers relevant for the tasks. You are attentive and empathetic in your interactions and have good teamwork skills. You take responsibility and show initiative within your professional role and within given frameworks. You can express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish, which is our working language. As we are an administrative municipality for Finnish and Meänkieli, it is an advantage if you also speak one of these languages. The work requires digital documentation, so experience working with digital tools is an advantage. Class B driving license is an advantage, but not a requirement.
