WORK DUTIES As a nursing assistant, you work closely with our customers and are an important part of their everyday life. You contribute with safe and person-centered care and collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to create the best possible care. Your work duties include: • Provide personal care and support based on the customer's individual needs. • Receive and perform delegated HSL tasks from the responsible nurse. • Document and report according to established procedures. • Cooperate with colleagues, nurses, and other professionals. • Contribute to activities and a meaningful everyday life for our customers, meeting them in a safe, respectful, and professional manner. QUALIFICATIONS For this position, you need: • Approved education as a nursing assistant (submit certificate of protected professional title with your application) • Good Swedish in speech and writing. • Experience in care work, preferably in elder care or similar care environment. • Good computer skills and ability to navigate digital systems. • Good documentation skills. • Ability to receive delegated HSL tasks. • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work duties. • Good cooperation and communication skills. • Service-oriented and respectful approach. It is meritorious for the assignment to have worked with dementia specialization or have equivalent theoretical knowledge. We highly value personal qualities.
