In your work, you maintain ongoing contact with our service-oriented coordinator who schedules your shifts based on your availability and the facilities' staffing needs. Work shifts can, for example, involve replacing regular staff during absences or strengthening staffing during periods of high workload. The positions are full-time, with the possibility of reduced employment level. In the pool, you work according to a flexible working hours model, which means you have the opportunity to influence your schedule. Work in the pool entitles you to a salary supplement of 2600 kr in addition to your monthly salary. Your New Job As a nursing assistant in the pool, you belong to the Unit for Recruitment and Staffing within the Home Care and Residential Care Sector. You perform care and service interventions based on current decisions according to health and medical care legislation. The interventions can be both planned and acute. You work to strengthen the individual's physical, mental, and social well-being by providing support in daily life. The assignment includes personal care based on individual needs as well as delegated health and medical care services, for example in care and rehabilitation. You also document your work in the facility systems. The goal is to provide safe and secure care with good quality. You collaborate with regular staff at the unit where you work for the day, which requires good collaboration skills and flexibility.
