DUTIES As a nursing assistant with us, you are an important part of providing support in daily life, for example with personal care, meals and activities. You help our clients maintain their independence and use their own resources to the greatest extent possible. Your work is also about creating a safe and meaningful existence where quality of life is central. You will also perform delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists. Pool shifts are included in the position, which means that you sometimes work at other units within home care. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. You need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language both spoken and written based on the requirements for communication and documentation. Since much of the work is conducted via telephone, basic IT skills are a requirement. We are looking for you who can work independently and take responsibility for planning and carrying out your work with the client in focus. You are flexible and can adapt to changed situations and different needs that arise in daily life. As a person, you are stable, secure and maintain a professional approach even in challenging situations. You have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment by cooperating well with colleagues, clients and relatives. Furthermore, you are service-oriented and have a genuine interest in helping others. You follow procedures and ensure that care maintains good quality. Since pool shifts are included in the position, a B driver's license is a merit.
