JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a nursing assistant at Eskilsgården, you will perform routine care tasks based on care plans and carry out health and medical care tasks according to delegation.

Since this is a brand new facility, a high degree of flexibility, initiative-taking, confidence, knowledge, and competence regarding what a special residential facility entails is required.
The job tasks may initially vary greatly, from assembling furniture and moving beds to providing excellent care and support to our first care recipients. Together with colleagues, your manager, coordinators, and other key personnel, you will be starting up the operation and shaping its content based on legal requirements and other guidelines and routines. It will be an intensive startup period with considerable implementation of various concepts, routines, work methods, and guidelines.
We work with full-time as the norm and we therefore offer you a full-time position. You can discuss with your manager the desired current level of employment, and coordinated scheduling across the entire operation is self-evident.
