You will be part of a team with a unit manager, personnel planner, nursing assistants, care attendants, and service staff. Nyhem is a specialized residential facility where you and other staff implement approved care, nursing, and service measures for people according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and health and medical care services according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). Your tasks are varied and may include personal care, activities, cleaning, and food shopping. We are developing a working method where everyday rehabilitation and activation for residents at Nyhem is a natural part of daily life. The role also includes being a contact person and creating implementation plans. You will also administer medication according to delegation. Other nursing tasks may also occur by delegation from the nurse. The values of the Social Services Act are an important tool in our work group that characterizes everything we do. Our starting point is always the individual and their well-being. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. For your information, there is a cat at the residence. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant or have equivalent education that the employer considers equivalent, preferably with experience from similar tasks. It is meritorious if you have previously worked with dementia and/or psychiatry. As a person, you are open, confident, and have a professional appearance. You have analytical abilities and are positive. You have a good ability to see the bigger picture and each individual's circumstances and needs. You are attentive, have good collaboration skills, and are flexible and easily adapt to prevailing circumstances. You thrive in an environment with high pace and work enthusiasm. Documentation is a recurring element via our data systems, so you need to be able to communicate well in speech and writing in Swedish. We also place great emphasis on personal suitability.
