WORK DUTIES
Nursing assistants on night shifts with primary placement at Mogården in Hova. If needed, you should be flexible and able to perform assignments outside your regular workplace as well.
Your work duties include providing care and services during nighttime to meet residents' needs in their homes, performing medical tasks delegated by nurses. As an employee, you collaborate with residents, colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, coordinators, and unit managers. We work with contact person responsibilities, and as a nursing assistant, you will have special responsibility for a number of residents at Mogården. You contribute to team meetings and develop implementation plans for nighttime operations. Document according to procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
We seek a trained nursing assistant who can provide professional credentials and has an interest in working with development and change. Requirements include good teamwork ability, initiative, and ability to work independently. You need to be compliant with our procedures and working methods.
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as well as good computer skills are required. It is important that you have a positive view of people, great dedication, a sense of responsibility, and prioritize the elderly's individual needs. We seek someone who believes in the equal value and rights of all people.
Meritorious qualifications include experience with the Life Care documentation tool, knowledge of creating care plans and evaluating BPSD, and good skills in caring for people with dementia. Further training as a specialist nursing assistant is highly valued.

Work hours: Schedule. Night shift work on a rotating 10-week schedule, working 4 out of 10 weekends.
To ensure a safe and secure operation, the candidate offered the position will need to provide a current extract from the criminal record register before employment can be finalized.
You order the extract yourself from the Police Authority and present it during the employment process.
