We are now seeking two nursing assistants at Klingsta Care and Residential Home who are interested in joining us. Welcome to our community! 2 position(s). DUTIES As a nursing assistant, you give residents a meaningful everyday life by providing personal care, assistance, and social activation. Based on routines, implementation plans, and life stories, we ensure that each resident's individual needs are met. Additionally, you are an important part of supporting and motivating the elderly, creating security, and maintaining contact with their families. We work collaboratively here, and you will work with other professionals to offer our residents the best possible life. You will also assist with and support personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, meal situations, and social activities and outdoor time. It is important that you work according to basic hygiene routines. You will also perform tasks that are part of the operation's daily running, such as laundry, cleaning, and kitchen work. Daily work also includes social documentation to ensure good quality and safe care, as well as reporting in accordance with applicable laws and digital systems. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Is a qualified nursing assistant. • Has several years of experience working with people with dementia. • Has very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. • Has good IT and documentation skills. It is also an advantage if you have some form of dementia training, such as Silvia Sister, BPSD Administrator, or similar. We are looking for nursing assistants who are self-directed, organized, and solution-oriented. We expect you to have a strong interest in working with elderly people with dementia and want to make a difference by providing good care and service to our residents. It is very important that you are professional in your work and act professionally in your interaction with colleagues, residents, and their families. All staff at Klingsta Care and Residential Home are a significant part of the residents' everyday lives; you make a difference by being empathetic, engaged, and present. We place great importance on personal suitability. Given that nursing assistant has been a protected professional title since July 1, 2023, you must be able to provide valid proof of the right to use the nursing assistant professional title from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare before employment as a nursing assistant is offered. For this position, you need to provide a valid extract from the criminal record register (Work in the home with elderly and people with disabilities) before an employment contract can be established.
