The Cardiac Unit is a care ward with 21 beds that diagnoses and treats patients with cardiac diseases. The unit also treats patients with general medical conditions. We also have a day care clinic attached to the ward where we care for patients who previously required inpatient care. Patients are cared for during the day and can go home the same day in most cases. The care ward works closely with our cardiac intensive care unit (HIA). Central Hospital in Kristianstad (CSK) is northeastern Scania's acute care hospital. Acute care is provided around the clock by qualified and committed staff. CSK has the resources of a large hospital and the personal touch and cohesion of a smaller one. We have approximately 2,600 employees. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES As a nursing assistant with us, you have a central role in patient care. You assist with various tasks in both basic and specialized care. The role also includes documentation in the Melior medical records system, with training provided alongside other work. Since all care interventions are documented in the patient record, you also play an active role in documentation. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and meets the National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for a protected professional title, regardless of whether you studied under the previous or current program structure. You also have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We welcome both those with experience and those new to the profession. If you have experience working in acute care or have previously worked in cardiology, we see this as a merit. We are looking for someone with good planning and organizational skills who can prioritize your work when an acute situation arises.
