Together we'll match your profile with the right unit based on our current needs in the villages. About the Role and Your Responsibilities Your work is guided by individuals' needs. A workday may consist of providing support and assistance with personal care, caregiving work, medical interventions delegated by a nurse, and other help the person you support needs. Documentation is done in Lifecare. Your role also includes contributing to the development of operations and maintaining good quality. In home care, you work only day or evening shifts. Working hours are typically between 07:00–15:30 and 14:00–23:00. The work involves working every other weekend. We offer full-time employment (100%), which corresponds to 36 hours and 20 minutes per week. With us, you have the opportunity to work in different roles. As a permanent care contact, you have special responsibility for your clients. You develop and follow up on implementation plans. Our staff is organized in small teams where 2–3 permanent care contacts, together with a floating staff member, are responsible for a group of clients. Work is conducted in close collaboration, and when needed, floating staff support other clients outside their own group. As a resource worker, you work flexibly across multiple home care areas. You go where the need is greatest and provide security, warmth, and care to people who really need it.
