Alvita Care is now recruiting nursing assistants for home care services who have a passion for helping others and want to create quality of life in the everyday lives of our customers. To be considered for this position, we see that you have experience in home care and are a trained nursing assistant. Possess a B driver's license. We are looking for you with nursing assistant training and experience in care work within home care services. We have several positions available and are looking for employees who want to work day/evening shifts and every other weekend. The position is up to 100% full-time. As a person, you are humble, service-oriented, and have a strong ability to build good and long-lasting relationships. You care about creating comfort and quality of life for our customers and are attentive to customers' individual needs. In your role, you are independent and responsible and take on your work tasks in a professional manner. Furthermore, you are thorough, solution-focused, and can plan your work tasks to ensure the best possible quality in the work you perform. Additionally, you actively collaborate with others and promote a positive work environment within the team. OTHER To be considered for the position, you must be able to present a nursing assistant license from the Socialstyrelsen, a valid diploma/certificate from your education, and an extract from the criminal record registry. Ability to cycle is an advantage.
