What we're looking for We are now recruiting home care assistants for our home care units in Backa Södra (visiting address: Brunnsbotorget 1), Backa Norra, Västra, Östra (visiting address: Selma Lagerlöfs torg 1), Bergsjön (visiting address: Teleskopgatan 18), Gårdavägen Norra (visiting address: Gårdavägen 2), and Torpavallsgatan Östra (visiting address: Torpavallsgatan 9). We offer permanent full-time positions. The position involves day and evening work as well as every other weekend. About you Qualifications Trained home care assistant with a certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare confirming protected professional title, or evidence that you were employed as a home care assistant at the time the new regulations were introduced Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Backa Östra home care - cycling experience Backa Norra, Västra, and Södra home care - Class B driver's license and cycling experience Bergsjön home care - Class B driver's license and cycling experience Meritorious Bergsjön home care - work experience in healthcare and elderly care Gårdavägen Norra home care - work experience in healthcare and elderly care Torpavallsgatan Östra home care - Experience with dementia/psychiatry, worked as a fixed care contact, Class B driver's license, and cycling experience Personal qualities As an employee in home care, you show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role. Your communication is an important part of your work as you inform colleagues about important events, have conversations with care recipients, and need to document.
